As someone who has followed a plant-based diet for over a decade, I know just how difficult it can be to find a practitioner to support you on your health journey. Kollective Wellness was founded on a passion to create a space where those following a vegan/vegetarian/plant-based diet felt welcomed & supported.

If you have ever been dismissed by your health practitioner due to your dietary preferences, I see you. It can feel so isolating and confusing to be told the opposite of what feels so right for you.

In our consultations together, I prioritise your concerns and take a ‘root cause’ approach to healing by taking the time to understand your body’s individual needs to address your unique underlying drivers. Seeing a practitioner who specialises in this way of eating means you are getting the most up-to-date & evidence-based support from someone who knows exactly what your body needs and understands how to get you the results you want.

Our approach involves personalised consultations, where I carefully evaluate your nutritional needs, assess the function of every body system and provide you with a detailed plan that offers practical advice to optimise your health and wellness. My commitment is to empower and guide you on your journey towards a more sustainable, nourishing, and fulfilling plant-based lifestyle.

This is why I am passionate about creating a space where you can received tailored health advice with your dietary needs in mind. I take a root cause approach to address all aspects of the health to help you feel your best.

  • You can be healthy on a vegan diet however not all vegan diets are healthy. A lot of my clients come to see me, struggling with their health, yet aren’t fuelling themselves with the nutrients they need. My aim is to guide you on how to fuel yourself with the foods and nutrients you need so you can thrive on a vegan/vegetarian/plant-based diet and support your health long term.

  • I have a large focus on supporting clients with skin issues. As naturopathy focuses on looking beneath the skin to address any imbalances below, I am well versed in treating conditions and symptoms relating to gut health, hormonal & menstrual health and symptoms of fatigue.   • I am a huge believer in the philosophy ‘test don’t guess’! Testing allows us to get the answers we need to best support your health goals and get you the results you are looking for. I assess your health status using general pathology blood tests as well as functional testing such as microbiome gut tests and comprehensive hormone testing. The right testing for you and your budget will be discussed in your initial consultation.
