High Protein Choc Mousse

You Will Need:

  • 100g of chocolate (whatever one you like!)

  • 300g silken tofu

  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup

How To Make:

  • Roughly chop the chocolate and melt either over a double boiler or in 10 second increments in the micorwave until fully melted.

  • Add silken tofu, maple syrup and melted chocolate to a blender and blitz until well combined

  • Set in the fridge for at least 30-60 minutes until set

  • Serve with dusted cacao powder, shaved chocolate and berries
