High Protein Choc Mousse
You Will Need:
100g of chocolate (whatever one you like!)
300g silken tofu
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
How To Make:
Roughly chop the chocolate and melt either over a double boiler or in 10 second increments in the micorwave until fully melted.
Add silken tofu, maple syrup and melted chocolate to a blender and blitz until well combined
Set in the fridge for at least 30-60 minutes until set
Serve with dusted cacao powder, shaved chocolate and berries
