Hemp Guacamole

You Will Need

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 small can of edamame beans

  • 5 cherry tomatoes diced

  • diced red onion (amount to your desired taste)

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • ½ fresh squeezed lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Garlic (amount to your desired taste)

How To Make

  • Dice the cherry tomatoes and onion

  • Smash avocado and edamame in a bowl and add tomatoes, onion, hemp seeds, lime, garlic, salt and paper

  • Mix together and serve with seeded crackers, corn chips or on top of wholegrain toast.
