Protein Cookies
You Will Need
2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup dark choc chips
1/4 cup peanut/almond butter
1/4 cup yacon syrup or maple syrup
1 cup oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
How To Make
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Add all of the ingredients, except the choc chips, into a food processor and blend together till it forms a dough.
Combine the dough with the choc hips and form 6 cookies.
Add the cookies to a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Leave to cool completely before enjoying.
