Protein Cookies

You Will Need

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup dark choc chips

  • 1/4 cup peanut/almond butter

  • 1/4 cup yacon syrup or maple syrup

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

How To Make

  • Preheat your oven to 180C.

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the choc chips, into a food processor and blend together till it forms a dough.

  • Combine the dough with the choc hips and form 6 cookies.

  • Add the cookies to a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

  • Leave to cool completely before enjoying.
