You Will Need

  • 1 cup unsweetened organic coconut water

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup frozen mango

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

How To Make

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender

  • Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes)

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
