Buckwheat Pancakes
You Will Need
2 cups buckwheat flour
3.5 cups of filtered water or plant based milk of choice
1 egg or 1 vegan chia egg (1 tablespoon of chia seeds + 2.5 tablespoons water)

Coconut yogurt, mixed berries, yacon syrup , sprinkle of cinnamon.

Egg, avocado, sautéed mushrooms & spinach.
Vegan Love
Scrambled tofu, sautéed black beans & silverbeet.
How To Make
In a bowl, add buckwheat flour, your egg of choice, slowly adding water/plant based milk of choice to the flour and egg.
Combine all ingredients, until you get a smooth texture with no lumps.
Heat a greased skillet (1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil) over medium heat.
Spoon batter onto the skillet & cook.
Flip & cook the other side, until lightly browned.
