Buckwheat Pancakes

You Will Need

  • 2 cups buckwheat flour

  • 3.5 cups of filtered water or plant based milk of choice

  • 1 egg or 1 vegan chia egg (1 tablespoon of chia seeds + 2.5 tablespoons water)

  • Coconut yogurt, mixed berries, yacon syrup , sprinkle of cinnamon.

Vegetarian Devotion

  • Egg, avocado, sautéed mushrooms & spinach.

Vegan Love

  • Scrambled tofu, sautéed black beans & silverbeet.

How To Make

  • In a bowl, add buckwheat flour, your egg of choice, slowly adding water/plant based milk of choice to the flour and egg.

  • Combine all ingredients, until you get a smooth texture with no lumps.

  • Heat a greased skillet (1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil) over medium heat.

  • Spoon batter onto the skillet & cook.

  • Flip & cook the other side, until lightly browned.
