The Hormone Rebalancer Smoothie

You Will Need

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1 tbs almond butter

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbs flax seeds

  • 1 tsp maca powder

How To Make

  • Add all ingredients to a blender

  • For a creamier smoothie add some ice

  • Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until all ingredients have combine

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
