High Protein Yoghurt Parfait

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup protein granola

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon yacon syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon protein powder (optional, to boost protein)

How to Make:

  1. Make the protein yoghurt: Stir the yogurt and protein powder until smooth

  2. Layer the ingredients: Start with a glass jar or bowl, and layer the Greek yogurt at the bottom.

  3. Add granola: Spoon the granola on top of the yogurt.

  4. Top with berries: Add your choice of fresh mixed berries.

  5. Sprinkle chia seeds: Add chia seeds over the berries for extra fiber and omega-3.

  6. Drizzle sweetener: If you want a bit of sweetness, drizzle yacon syrup on top.

  7. Optional toppings: For extra creaminess, add a spoon of almond butter, or for a protein boost

  8. Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
