High Protein Yoghurt Parfait
You Will Need:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup protein granola
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon yacon syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional for extra creaminess)
1 tablespoon protein powder (optional, to boost protein)
How to Make:
Make the protein yoghurt: Stir the yogurt and protein powder until smooth
Layer the ingredients: Start with a glass jar or bowl, and layer the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Add granola: Spoon the granola on top of the yogurt.
Top with berries: Add your choice of fresh mixed berries.
Sprinkle chia seeds: Add chia seeds over the berries for extra fiber and omega-3.
Drizzle sweetener: If you want a bit of sweetness, drizzle yacon syrup on top.
Optional toppings: For extra creaminess, add a spoon of almond butter, or for a protein boost
Serve: Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
